How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery normally takes no longer than 12-20 business days. If for any reason your order does not arrive to you within 30 business days, please contact our Support Team by sending an email to email@example.com
Where are the items that I've purchased?
Once you've placed your order and the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. Just copy the code into the “Track Order" Page and you"ll be able to see exactly where your items are at. If for any reason you're unable to receive your Order Status, just send an email to our Support Team on firstname.lastname@example.org, and they"ll be more than happy to check the Order Status for you!
Help! I've entered the wrong shipping details! what should I do?
Contact us ASAP by sending an email to email@example.com. We might still be able to change the destination.
I've ordered several items. Will they all arrive in one package?
We're working with different distributors worldwide, which means not all items might be located in one place. In other words, it's most likely you"ll receive your items in separated packages. Don't panic if you didn't receive all of your items yet - They're on the way!
